Return & Exchange Policy for Elegathreads

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • We offer 7-day hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery.

  • Reverse pick-up service is provided free of charge (once per order).

  • Printed products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Pick-Up Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you must self-ship the item to our warehouse.

  • Reverse pick-up availability depends on your pincode.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued as Store Credit after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.

4. Return Condition

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, with tags and packaging intact).

  • Refunds will not be issued for damaged or used products.

5. Return Timeline

  • Return requests are approved within 24 working hours.

  • Pick-up is attempted within 2 working days of approval.

  • Transit to our warehouse takes 8-10 working days.

  • Quality checks are completed within 24-48 hours of receipt.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

  • COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Only one exchange or return is permitted per product.

10. Self-Shipping Instructions

  • If reverse pick-up is unavailable:

  • Ship the item securely to: Elegathreads Warehouse 1819 Punjabi Basti West Patel Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110008, India.

  • Include the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.

  • Use Speed Post (recommended for cost-effectiveness).

Return & Exchange Policy for Elegathreads

  • Provide accurate bank details for refunds; errors are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Report undelivered orders (despite delivery notifications) within 24 hours.

  • Customers must preserve product condition during returns.

  • For damaged/defective products, email us within 1 day of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed within 15-30 working days after approval.
